Shipping
The Senseo™ Store ships most in stock orders to the within
1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the
time of check out. Standard shipping rates are shown at right. Next day and 2nd day shipping are available. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.
You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days.
Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.
Orders can only be shipped within the U.S. and to APOs.

When will my order be processed?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on location and selected ship method.
My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?
If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact The Senseo™ Store and we'll be happy to track your order.
